Shed roof replacement.
The original timber roof on this Carlisle garden shed had rotted and was letting water in. We removed the failed boards, fitted timber battens and OSB decking, and finished this shed roof with an EPDM rubber membrane.
Outbuilding roof and gable repairs.
On this Carlisle brick outbuilding, we repointed the eroded gable joints and stripped the lean-to roof. New breathable membrane and timber battens were fitted ready for the roof covering. The roof photograph shows that preparation stage, not the completed covering.
